An urn may be carried in hand baggage/check-in baggage under the following conditions:
the urn can be transported free of charge by our airline
It must be extra securely packed for protection and aesthetic reasons
may be carried in hand baggage if the maximum permitted dimensions (55x40x20cm) and maximum weight of 10 kg are not exceeded
the urn must be declared at the check-in desk and will be specially labelled
the airline cannot be held responsible for any loss and/or damage
all formalities concerning the import and export of the urn have to be fulfilled. You must have the death certificate and cremation certificate with you.
