Are there priority seats for passengers with reduced mobility?
You can book your preferred seat type on the flight as a passenger with limited mobility, with a few exceptions:
- If you are fully dependent on a wheelchair, you will automatically be assigned a window seat
- According to international aviation regulations, you cannot sit by the emergency exit (for everyone's safety during evacuations)
You also cannot be seated in places where your presence:
- Hinders cabin crew in performing their duties
- Blocks access to emergency equipment
- Could impede a potential evacuation
