The attribution of humanitarian baggage is strictly administered.
We can only allow humanitarian baggage if this is given to an official organization (max. 15kg per organization/per year). Kindly provide us with the following information via the Application Form:
Name of the sender
Name of the recipient / organization
Total weight and inventory of humanitarian baggage
After verification of this information in h, we will inform you if we can allow your request.
