TUI FLY & PARTNERS
During the summer months, TUI fly organises flights to a lot of destinations. In order to ensure that everyone gets to his or her destination in time, we work with our partners in peak periods. It is therefore possible that one of them will take you to your destination or back home again.
Crew
Our crew is at your service during your flight. Even if one of our partners operates the flight, there will always be TUI fly cabin crew members on board.
Do not hesitate to approach the other crew members as well. They all speak English and will be glad to help you.
Service
During your flight we like to provide you with any service you may need. That’s why we offer several extra services, for instance online check-in, etc.
Go to TUIfly.be or the Customer Services Center to find out which services you can book if your flight is operated by one of our partners.
Safety
TUIfly operates a modern, young fleet. We demand the same quality when selecting our partners.
Although the outside may be a little different, the quality is the same. And we are not the only ones to make high demands: the Belgian public authorities keep a close eye on things as well.
Do you want to know whether your flight will be operated by one of our partners? Your travel documents feature a heading ”Operated by” at the top. This heading will show you which airline will operate your flight.

Partners of TUI fly - Colleagues in aviation
SmartLynx and AirExplore are two of the colleagues who are working with TUI to operate flights. Aircraft of these colleagues are available in Belgium and the Netherlands and in turn, our TUI aircraft fly for other airlines in Canada and the United States during the less busy winter months.
In this manner, we can help each other to bring everyone to his or her final destination in peak periods.
Smartlynx
This Estonian airline is specialised in operating flights on behalf of other airlines. Smartlynx has been a trusted partner of TUI fly Belgium for many years and occasionally also operates flights for TUI Netherlands. In Belgium, Smartlynx flies several Airbus A320 aircraft.
