If your baggage is damaged, the best thing to do is to report it at the "Lost and Found" desk at the airport of arrival before you leave the airport. You need the booking number, the boarding pass and the baggage label to have a Damaged Baggage Report (DBR) drawn up. The people at the “Lost and Found” desk will give you the completed form and provide you with additional information. You need to report the repair and/or replacement of damaged baggage to the company Dolfi1920 at www.dolfi1920.be or by calling ++32 (0)78 150 251. Without the official form received from “Lost and Found”, no arrangements can be made with Dolfi1920.
In the event of damage to eg a buggy, wheelchair, dog crate, you can contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org , with indication of your booking number.
In case of slight damage (scratches or dents) no compensation is possible.
If you notice that your baggage is damaged only when you arrive at home, the necessary arrangements will be made by TUI. For that purpose you can contact us directly at email@example.com , with indication of your booking number.
